_{-I hold the rights over the commissioned artwork (to post on social media and to promote my commissions, artwork is my own, characters are not unless otherwise stated).}
_{-Unless we have discussed it, you may NOT use the commissioned artwork for profit/commercial use (i.e selling as merchandise/NFTs).}
_{-You may NOT use the artwork in any AI training program.}
_{-You MAY post/edit/crop/print the artwork for personal use with credit to the Artist, .}
_{-No refunds/chargebacks or cancellations can be made without discussion and consent from the Artist.}
_{-I will refund in full if I'm unable to complete your art.}
_{-Half of the payment will be made upfront via Paypal Invoice and the other half after completion of commission.}
