T.O.S:
-I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable with doing it.
-I hold the rights over the commissioned artwork (to post on social media and to promote my commissions, artwork is my own, characters are not unless otherwise stated).
-Unless we have discussed it, you may NOT use the commissioned artwork for profit/commercial use (i.e selling as merchandise/NFTs).
-You may NOT use the artwork in any AI training program.
-You MAY post/edit/crop/print the artwork for personal use with credit to the Artist, Shipd.
-No refunds/chargebacks or cancellations can be made without discussion and consent from the Artist.
-I will refund in full if I'm unable to complete your art.
-Payments will be made upfront via Paypal Invoice.
